COMPOUND DRY COAL CLEANING SYSTEMS
. DRY CLEANING SYSTEM FOR COAL Coal extraction
typically results in the recovery of “pure rock” that ranges from
small to very large quantities.Removal of relatively pure rock from raw coal
is referred to as deshaling.The FGX compound dry cleaning seperator.
TSM’s proprietary product, is the most popular dry coal
deshaling/preparation equipment.The FGX dry cleaning process employs the
seperation princible of an autogeneous medium and a table concentrator. Three
produt streams, i.e., deshaled product /concentrate , middlings and tailing
streams are obtained through this process.Two dust collection systems are
employed to prevent dust from being emitted into the atmosphere. Since Application of FGX dry coal processing technology

CYCLOJET (New Technology for Jet Flotation) Cyclojet flotation cell , is a new
development of Jet flotation system
used for enrichment of coal slimes .With this system there’s no need to
mixing or compressed air for flotation. Zonguldak coal slimes is examined
with that machine and result is CLEAN COAL with %10-15 ash content, and the
tailings ash content is %80-85. III)
HEAVY MEDIA CYCLONES (3 PRODUCT)
Coal separation method with
heavy media is successive and because of that , the usage of heavy
media cyclones gives a new way for cleaning of coal. For that , heavy media
cyclone systems, has got the advantage of high seperation technique , and
also its structural design is simple , operating cost is low expense and it
is suitable for automation . Actually, heavy media method
is usually a complex process, and the raw coal needs to be classified by
size before.Beside if 3 products are obtained as clean coal, middlings and
tailings, then 2 heavy media suspension as with heavy dense and low dense, 2
systematic washing process and so 2 heavy media suspension and 2 different
recovery system is required. Because of these reasons ,
searches for finding a method with high efficiency easy, with low capital and operating costs
but more sensitive separation has
started and in the end heavy media systems has been found. The first
version of heavy media cyclones is with small diameter, pressured feeding and
heavy media cyclones with 3 products. 20 years after the discovery of these, the larger
ones has been made with high diameter, gravity feeding; Heavy media cyclones
